The number of scheduled visits is agreed based on your property type and scope. During your free site inspection, we recommend a visit frequency tailored to your systems. Typically, residential properties receive quarterly visits as a minimum.
Spare parts are not bundled into the AMC, but all AMC clients receive a preferential discount on parts used in any repair work. Labor for all covered scheduled services is fully included.
